A, deel ik U mede dat ik in mijn positie van directeur van het Centraal Planbureau meen niet aan openbare politieke manifestaties te kunnen deelnemen. Ofschoon ik dus met de circulaire geheel instem, zal ik mijn handtekening daaronder niet kunnen zetten. -
