Dear Scitovsky,
You may have meanwhile received my letter of the 7th which I dispatched before getting yours and which expressed the delay. My wife will be delighted anyhow to show you a little bit of the Hague, and as I wrote you already my collaborators at the Planning Office certainly will also be anxious to meet you and to have a lecture on some subject of economic integration. Do you want me to reserve rooms in the Park Hotel which is a quiet not too expensive one? Please, let me know at your earliest convenience what the exact dates are; I take it that you want one room with two beds and a small one.
Hoping that nevertheless upon my return from Paris via Luxembourg I may have a chance to see you also, I am,
