My dear Marschak,
Since I don't know whether Koopmans is perhaps already on leave, may I ask you for my friend Chait whether there would still be available a copy of, I think, a stencil, which Koopmans published in the Cowles series on something like "flows and stocks". I don't know the exact title but believe we have seen something of the kind. Chait is in fact very anxious to see it, since he has almost finished a new book on this well-known theme and would like to take account of what Tjalling said about that question. Many thanks beforehand.
In Geneva I met one of the representatives of the free trade unions (unfortunately I did not grasp his name) who told me he was a good friend of yours.
