In antwoord op Uw memorandum van 14 maart deel ik U mede, dat ik zeer waarschijnlijk de 15e mei in New York verblijf in verband met de behandeling van het SUNFED-voorstel.
Ik zal dus tot mijn spijt niet aan de vergadering van de Bankraad kunnen deelnemen.
