Dr. Mitra wrote a dissertation on the Share of Wages in National Income on which he took his degree of Doctor of Economics with the Netherlands School of Economics.
He showed himself to be a hard worker, handling statistical material and economic theory very well and able to write a very good style.
His personal attitude towards his task as well as towards his colleagues and teachers was excellent and I recommend him for serious consideration if a junior position would be vacant.
