Tot mijn spijt zal het mij niet mogelijk zijn me voor 17 en 18 Maart vast te leggen, daar er een kans bestaat dat ik dan voor de United Nations aan de overkant ben. Het lijkt me daarom veiliger dat iemand anders van het Planbureau komt spreken. Als candidaten kan ik aanbevelen de heer J.A. LINKS, en mocht deze reeds vertrokken zijn naar India, de heer J. PIEBENGA.

To my regret, it will not be possible for me to commit for March 17 and 18, as there is a chance that I will be across the ocean for the United Nations then. It therefore seems safer to me that someone else from the Planning Bureau comes to speak. As candidates, I can recommend Mr. J.A. LINKS, and should he have already departed for India, Mr. J.
