My dear Palivia,
I got the copy of your "book and
a first cheque. I am forwarding the book to the
printer hut I wonder v/hether not some slight changes
ought to be made. First of all, I wonder v/hether
the quotation from Morgenstern should be printed
on the cover itself. I take it that you want to
have it on the dust cover. Next, I suppose that you
do not want to repeat the Dutch text on the title
page which was only needed for the dissertation. In
addition I think you should not repeat the
"stellingen". I asked the printer to start v/ith the
text so that there is time for you to answer me
without wasting time,
I am afraid that publication
under the Contributions to Economic Analysis is
not possible since the series only contains new
publications and no reprints. It is very kind of
you to think of the Hogeschoolfonds, and I v/ant
to thank you in advance.
