Dear Svennilson,
I want to apologize also by letter for not having
been able to accept your very kind invitation to stop
at Stockholm. I had to be back in The Hague on Saterdaymorning and there appeared not to be another connexion than the plane I had already booked for. To me it
was a great pity that I could not have the pleasure
and advantage of a discussion with some of my Swedish
colleagues. I tried to telephone you, as suggested by
Mrs Svennilson, but I did not get any reply; probably
you were not in your room. If by any chance you would
pass through Holland I hope we may have the pleasure
of your visit. With best personal regards,
