Dear Mr Polit,
I still have to apologize for not having tried
to get hold of you on the occasion of my second visit
to the Comité de Inversiones on Saturday November 6.
I had understood that you would be with the discussion anyhow; before seeing Ur Salinas I spoke
with Mr KO^BECK and after the conference with
Mr Salinas I had another appoint:iient which made it
impossible for me to see you,
I hope there will be another opportunity to
be ini contact; I am sending you 2 papera on subjects
related to yotirs. Might you care to make some cowiients
on either of them I would be very much obliged indeed.
