In antwoord op Uw brief van 28 mei jl. doe ik ü
de volgende tekst toekomen die als considerans zou kunnen worden gebruikt.

"The degree is conferred upon you for your outstanding
achievements in development research appropriate for
empirical tests as well as for application to policy
planning, your awareness of the necessity to include
considerable numbers of non-economic phenomena into such
research and your engagement in a forceful development
policy."
