Dear Professor Kidner,
It was a great pleasure to have nem'S
from you and I shall be very glad of course to
suggest interviews to Professor Carter. Before trying
ing to arrange something for him, I may perhaps
make a couple of suggestions which he might answer,
and upon his answer I could try to act. I suggest
that he would see people of the following institutions:

9. The Royal Netherlands Tourist Organization
(A.N.7/.B.), the Hague;
10. Institute for Transport Economics (Het Nederlandse Verkeersinstituut), the Hague.
In addition Prof. Carter probably
wishes to see some of his colleagues who specialized in transport problems, among v/hich I would
like to mention in particular Dr H.C. Kuiler, of
the Central Bureau of Statistics, who lectiires
at the Netherlands School of Economics and who
had the division of transport statistics at the
Central Bureau of Statistics (Centraal Buz^eau voor
de Statistiek) at the Hague. It v/ould depend èn
the specific problems dr Carter is interested in
whether I would advise him to see other people. If
he could indicate them to me, I shall be glad to
include them in my list.
