Dear Professor Huggins,
I promised you to send you some more
particulars on persons v/ho might be able to fulfil
the function in national accoxmting of which you
sijoke to me. It appeared on closer investigation
that Mr Linneman caimot leave us for about a year
because of his exajtiination which had not yet taken
place, Mr Roeske, as you will reraoTiber, is less
advanced in theoretical matters and I think could
better be used for other purposes. There are, hov/ever, 2 other young economists whom I could recommend to you, namely Mr D.B, JOGHEMS and I,!r
L. BECKER, Both are bright and v/ell-trained and
have been working with us for some years already,
Mr Jochems would be available from the 15th of
November a: the 1st of December this year and Mr
Becker from the middle of February, Both are about
25 years old, and Mr Jochems somewhat older than
Mr Becker, Mr Jochems has a slight handiciïp since
he somewhat stammers, but so far it has not in any
way interfered v/ith his capability of doing his job
very well.
