Thank you for yours of May 20, I shall he very
glad to visit the University of Michigan and I could propose as possible dates 8,9 « 10 Octoher, or 15» 16 ,17
Octoher. I am ahle to leave Philadelphia on the 8th or
15th in the morningi you may perhaps judge "better than
myself at what time I can he with you. It is understood
that I am free from Thursday till Sunday to accept such
invitations, and I take it that I "better can stay 2 or 3
days in succession at Ann Arhor. As far as the suhject is
concerned, may I propose for the technical lecture "Sconomio
Policy, its Targets, Instruments and Consistency", or
"Planning of Monetary and Financial Policy"i Por the general
lecture I should he glad, as you suggested, to speak ahout
"Prohlems of Economic Integration in Western Buropei'
It will he a great pleasure for me to see you
again and I am very grateful for your invitation.
