Dear Mr Parthasarathl,
Thank you for your letter of October 1. My
difficulty is that at this moment no scholarships are
ntde available by the Dutch goverranent which would
apply to your case, I wonder,however, whether not the
Rockefeller Foundation would be able and willing
to give you such a scholarship. I had the pleasure
in the past to advise them on this matter and
I am willing to do so in your case. In order to
be able, however, to advise them in some more
detail I should have some more particiilars about
you, although 1$ seems to me that Professor
Madhava*s advice probably would count more. Did
you already try this way ?
