am able to suggest two e x c e l l e n t names for a paper on the p r o pagation of business cycles i n raw-material c o u n t r i e s . The f i r s t
i s dr J # J , Polak of the I n t e r n a t i o n a l Monetary Fund; dr Polak
happens to spend h i s holidays i n Holland during the month of J u l y .
I am therefore not sure t h a t he w i l l be prepared to come back
to Europe in Septembers but he would be a most q u a l i f i e d
speaker on t h i s subiject. The second candidate I had to suggest
would be lir Prebisch of the Economic Commission for Latin America,
Santiago de Chili*
