In a conversation vralth Dr Jacoby in
Paris last week I heard that very interesting
and important reports liave been prepared by your
institutes. I vronder whether it vs^ould be possible
to have copies of some of these. I am particularly
interested, A^S you v/ill understand, in the Jiiore
general aspects of the rate of investment and of
development, and the way in which this could be
influenced oy tax policy. Superfluous to say
that if Bxiy costs are involved I shall be glad
to pay them.
