which I could not immediately answer 'because of
Taeing abroad. What I advise you at present
is that you apply to the "Rockefeller Foundation
in the usual way. Since I ain involved in your
program they certainly will consult me. If
Professor Madhava is prepared to support your
application I shall also gladly support it,
I think Professor Lladhava^s support is needed
since he only can judge whether among your
compatriots yoor case would deserve priority,
