March 22nd only to-day. I had seen dr Wynheymer before,
but did not know enough of him work to give an opinion
by myself. I therefore asked his present chief Mr.Qeveke
of the Governmenfeeconomic intelligence service who
reported to me that Mr Wynheymer is an excellent member
of his staff, I also sav; one of his professors who
likewise showed himself very satisfied about Mr Wynheymer' s performances.
