It appears that in order to get a visa my invitation
letter written ty Dr WHYTB is not sufficient as a document. The
American authorities in the Netherlands require a so-called letter
of notification In which I am indicated as a participant in the
exohan^-e visitors' program. I understand that it is a document
P»65 which is issued by the State Department, I would be most
grateful to you if you would kindly pass this letter tb the relevant
official of Haverfoini College,
