and Economic analysis. He worked with the Netherlands Central Statistical
Bureau with the U.N, (ICÏ, GeneTa) and with the Central Planning Bxireau
where he is now the Chief of the Research DiTision. Re is a very clever
and efficient expert on econometric research, with a wide knowledge of economic
conditions and proMems and pro'ha'bly also capa^la of project appraisal in the
field of chemical production. I recommend him warmly for a position with the
Bank.
