Dear Colleagues and Friends,
I am very sorry that at the last moment I have to
decide not to attend the meeting of the I.E.A, After two months
of a crisis the new cabinet has been finally formed and I shall
probably have to advise the government on some urgent points of
economic policy. I had made already all preparations and looked
forward to see you and many other colleagues. Please, let me have
the introductory speeches not yet distributed and excuse me to
the participants of the round table. Having read most of the papers
so far distributed I am sure it will be a great success.
With best personal regards,
Yours ever,
