Thank you for your letter of FeDruary 12.
I am not aware of any ohligation you still have
to any institution in the Netherlands. Therefore
I think that you are having no oDligations at all
in making a reprint of your dissertation if you
wis): to do so, I, think the reservation made l3y
the Institute is^^forraal one since thej?- could not
be informed about the precise nature of the '
obligations you probably could have towards the
so-called "Hogeschoolfonds",but I may reassure you
that this is not so.
I was very interested in learning that
you are going to join the BCAFE and my best wishes
accompany you ! Please» give my best regards to
Mrs Palvia, unknown yet to me, and also receive
my wife's best regards.
