I understand that Mr L, F, IMIMEKE has
applied for a fellowship at Cornell university,
I am able to declare that Mr Manneke followed ray
courses in Econometrics at the Netherlands
School of Economics and appeared to be one of
the active students of his group. He also v/as
a junior research worker at the Netherlands
Economic Institute and results of his work were
satisfactory to good. He showed more than average
intelligence and a good understanding for the
problems investigated. He was a pleasant member
of the team and worked hard, I am glad to
recommend him for a fellowship.
