I have to apologise very mucsh that your letter
of August 3 v»« not yet answereö* The reason is that it
took auite a hit of time to get the seoond print of Dr
Palvia's dissertation out. It will be aent to you within the
next few weeks, I am soin-^y that because of this delay I
forgot to answer the last but one paragraph in your letter.
