copy of Theil's book upon its publication.
Recently we discussed Mr Whitin's article, I think
the article is very stimulating but I wonder
whether the appendix is relevant to the main
argument. May be that Mr Whitin would be willing
to give some clarification. Anyhow it is very
important that Prof, Graham's work is discussed
anew,
