My deaip S t a e h l e ,
Since I have to deliver a speech on Saturday night,
11 March in Ant-*3rp I intend to travel to Basle on Sunday the t2th
and to continue on Monday morning.
I wondor v^hether the E.C.E. ;fould be v/illing to
supply me a small amount of Sv/iss francs in advance in order to
pay for my hotel in Basle. Of course any alternative arrangemörit
would tie equally welcorrie.
I shall have to leave on Saturday the l8th in the
afternoon in order to have the train from Basle to the Hague early
on Sunday morning.

I am sorry to distnnilbyou v/ith t h i s matter but I hope one of
/oar assistants will be able to help me.
