It will be a great pleasure for me to meet you sometime

in August. It is very probable that I shall be available

in the last week, but I am not absolutely certain of it. '^
I am sure, however that some of my collaborators would
be very glad, in case of my absence, to show you something
about the work done here In the Central Planning Bureau,and
in the Netherlands Economic Institute. Don't expect, however
that we are very much specialized on general mathematicalstatistical problems. Our work Is more concentrated on

practical applications in the field of market analyses, etc!
Not only in the last week of August but at any time
there will be some people of my Bureau ( may be myself)
who are available. I think you should not base the dates
of your visit upon my probable presence, since I said I
am XHia not sure whether I am on leave.
