The purpose of the digital portal Erasmus University Library is to release the collections and make them available for the general public. Each record contains specific copyright information. Some images are still under copyright. If so, they remain under copyright until 70 years following the year of the death of the creator. Such images may not be re-used without prior written permission. For re-use of copyrighted images, you must request permission personally from the copyright holder. Copyright holders are: the creator, any other collaborating creator(s), heirs to the copyright of the creator, or entities to which the copyrights have been transferred or assigned. Re-use means all acts of publication and reproduction. Erasmus University Library has done its utmost to locate the copyright holder in order to acquire permission for publication in the portal. If nonetheless you believe that copyrights are not being respected, please contact the library via the button below. We will respond as soon as possible and will work with you to either accredit the material correctly or remove it entirely. Erasmus University Library assumes no responsibility for damage in any way resulting from or connected with the re-use of images from the portal.
